Create a design and convert it to brush preset and pattern overlay 1

Make a simple design in photoshop using only the rectangle elipse tool and convert that design to brush preset and pattern overlay. The reason for making brush preset is that we can use that design as a stamp and paste it as many times as we w want and of any size. When the designs are saved as brush preset and pattern overlay, they are stored in the photoshop. So we don't need to open other files to get that design.
